Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As Everest Special Education and Rehabilitation Centre (the “Institution”), we process your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as described below.

Personal data processed

The name, phone number, email address and message you share through the contact form. For job applications, also the position applied for, your education and experience details and your CV file.

Purpose of processing

Responding to your request, scheduling an initial assessment and informing you about our services; for job applications, carrying out the recruitment process. Job application data is kept for no more than 1 year and deleted at the end of this period.

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request its correction or deletion. You can send your requests to our email address.
