Your questions, answered.
If you can't find your answer here, you can always contact us.
Is the first assessment free?
Yes. The first assessment meeting is free of charge. We get to know your child, identify their needs and discuss the right program together.
Can we receive state-funded education with a RAM report?
Yes. Students with a special education report issued by a Guidance and Research Centre (RAM) can receive education under the Ministry of Education support program. Our team will guide you through the process and documents.
Can I apply if my child has no diagnosis?
Of course. If you have concerns about speech delay, attention, behaviour or learning, you can apply for an assessment. If needed, we will refer you to the relevant health services.
How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions usually last 40–45 minutes. Frequency and duration are set according to the child's needs and program.
How are families involved?
Through regular parent meetings, progress reports and activities to practise at home, we make the family an active part of the process. We also organise family training when needed.
